Engineering

Every part chosen for the thousandth trip, not the first.

Most luggage is designed to look good in a showroom. This case is designed around the forces it meets on a conveyor belt, in a cargo hold and on a cobbled street at midnight.

  1. 01

    Ribbed alloy shell

Horizontal ribs add stiffness without adding weight, so the shell flexes under impact and returns to shape instead of cracking.

  2. 02

    Reinforced corners

Machined corner guards take the hits a case actually gets: drops from the belt, corners of the overhead bin, the stairs you did not plan for.

  3. 03

    Frame closure, no zip

A full-length aluminum frame with twin TSA locks. Nothing to catch, nothing to split, nothing to pry open.

  4. 04

    Glide-rated wheels

Eight silent polyurethane wheels on sealed bearings. Push it with one finger across a terminal and it tracks straight.

Materials

Why alloy, not plastic.

Polycarbonate cases hide damage until they split. An aluminum-magnesium shell wears its history on the surface — a scuff here, a dent there — and keeps working. Magnesium brings the weight down; aluminum brings the strength. Together they make a case you can hand down.

Questions

Before you buy.

The things people ask most. Anything else, we answer by email.

Contact us
01Which size counts as carry-on?

The smallest size in the range is built to common cabin dimensions. Always check your airline’s current limits before you fly, as they vary by carrier and fare.

02Will the shell dent?

Alloy can mark under hard impact, and that is by design: the shell absorbs the hit instead of cracking. Minor marks are cosmetic and do not affect the frame, locks or wheels.

03Are the locks TSA approved?

Yes. Both combination locks are TSA approved, so security staff can open and re-lock the case without damaging it.
